We've started by targeting the largest installed base of Electric Vehicles - E-Rickshaws (92% of EVs in India), upgrading them with swappable Li-ion battery packs, helping drivers DOUBLE their daily income with the AWS for batteries. So far, enabled 2.5M kilometres with our technology and removed 300 Metric Tons of carbon emissions in the process. We're still on day one, and looking for the right folks to partner with to build, secure, and scale our platform, as well as the ecosystem of services that India currently lacks.

Job Description :

- Franchising is our earnest endeavour to associate with like-minded entrepreneurs and invite them to be a part of this ever-evolving business model - Where growth is the only constant- . We are rolling out a Battery Swapping Station franchise for our interested partners to be a part of Sheru Journey and join the EV revolution.

- The responsibilities of a Franchise Sales executive will culminate into end-to-end franchise management.

- Location - New Delhi (Involves Travelling)

- Salary - 15k-20k / month

- Experience - 0-4 years

Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation from various customer acquisition channels

- Engagement with prospective clients identified from the customer acquisition channels

- Conversion of prospective clients into company franchise units

- Forecast sales and accomplish tasks accordingly

- Customer Relationship and franchise community engagement

- Attend relevant events to add value to the sales team

- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven sales experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

- Computer use competency

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated problem-solving ability

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
