Job Responsibilities :
- Implement strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales and improve market share of Industrial Brands and Starlite Mattress on sustainable basis while maintaining customer relationships.
- Prepare territory plan for Comfort Foam & Starlite Mattress.
= Facilitate ZDs/ Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales target.
- Implement BTL activities in assigned territory.
- Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
- Ensure timely complaint redressal.
- Ensure that payments are received
