Responsibilities:

- You will be the One go-to person for "everything" Revenue & Growth, Develop and drive end to end marketing strategies for all channels.

- Drive Digital & Offline marketing strategy. Completely own the performance marketing and assist in brand building.

- Completely own User Acquisition, Conversion & Retention - Drive tech enabled growth for the company.

-Advise on digital and marketing best practices, the latest tools and systems.

- Responsible for building the team, processes & programs that enable growth.Manage the team to scale the business to 10X over next 6 months.

- Owns the overall revenue of the organization. Manage P&L, Discounts & Marketing budgets efficiently.

-Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and outside-in thinking on best and evolving practices, and ensure the team is constantly at the edge of the newest high potential opportunities or ways of working

- Work with the agency to drive mandates for growing the organic traffic.

- Influence online product changes on websites and apps that drive discovery, user engagement & revenue.

- Lead corporate partnerships and programs to build brand awareness and cost effective user acquisition.

- Continuously work with category, product & engineering teams to identify non-linear growth opportunities.

- Drive the Planning of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly revenue bottom-up against the top-down targets provided by senior management

- Manage mid and low funnel at a daily, weekly and monthly level, identifying gaps & opportunities to drive the short-term revenue.

- Role reports to Chief Executive Officer

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in planning, strategizing the Performance Marketing campaigns via Facebook, Google and other social media platform.

- Deep understanding and experience across performance marketing channels, demonstrating depth and breadth of strategic and tactical knowledge of how different performance marketing channels can drive customer and business goals

- Deep understanding and experience in using data across channels to build customer centric, cross channel strategies

- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and working successfully cross- functionality.

- Proven ability to execute in a fast paced environment - results oriented with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.

- Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically.

- Strong, relentless attention and focus to details.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one-time with very little direction.

- Strong proficiency in a multitude of performance marketing tools and platforms

- Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset and work ethic are a must.

- Should have strong connects and working experience with Performance Marketing agencies.
