New account building and customer relationship management:
a) Segregate the target as per the International Market territories
b) Net search - identify prospects - Maintain the database of the new companies contacted by the Executive International marketing and mail them the company introduction letter. If possible, talk to the prospect on phone.
c) Do the pricing inquiry calculations
d) Decide the specification for the new products
e) Prepare the daily order sheet, Container Update sheet, weekly planning, average realization, dispatch report, Payment updating sheet, forward booking sheet submit it to finance department
Customer Relationship (International) :
a) Touch base with existing clients on regular basis
b) Hosting client visits to SPL on regular intervals, entertain them, keep the rapport live
Sales & Internal coordination: Achieve the sales target
a) Maintain order flow as per pre-approved price list - book orders on discounted price on prior approval
b) Coordinate internally with various departments to meet customer delivery schedules
c) Work out cost for new products, get management approval
a) Receive the outstanding amount report from accounts department, arrange for follow ups, if need be personal visit/s, ensure zero bad debts
b) Achieve the collection target on monthly basis
Attend Customer complaints :
a) Acknowledge the complaint in 24 hours to the customer
b) Conduct root cause analysis of the complaint within 48 hours in coordination with QC Department
c) Respond the client back, ensure that the customer is attended and kept in good spirit
