Responsibilities :
- Provide information of Services to customers.
- Handling inbound calls & outbound calls
- Understand customer need
- Solve customers query over the phone
- Take feedbacks of the existing customers
- Maintain database of our customers
Skills Required :
- Verbal Communication
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Google Forms
- Experience in Customer Servicing will be preferred
