Shadowfax - Sales Role (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Scout quality franchise partner leads in a timely manner based on expansion targets
- Sell the concept of the Franchise Partnership to leads, clear their doubts, explain earning potential & rate card. Explain requirements from a franchise partner like property, manpower, assets etc. Script will be shared by the Expansion Team
- Conduct initial interviews with leads to ensure desired quality. Checklist will be provided by the Expansion Team
- Send welcome email to leads and introduce them to SZMs/Pod Leader
- Maintain & update tracking sheets for funnel visibility in their respective geographies
Desired Background and Skills :
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills. Knowledge of regional language required
- 3-6 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Telecom Sales, Ecommerce companies SZM/HI role in Ecommerce LM Logistics companies Rider hiring experience for Swiggy, Zomato
Org Structure :
- We would need these folks for a 6-month duration between April to September. Please plan accordingly
- These folks would report to the respective CT heads (with dotted line reporting to Expansion Team)
- Based on performance, we can subsequently absorb them into new SZM roles (subject to Pod Leader/Regional Head alignment)
- A total of 10 candidates are required across states. The split is shown below
