We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Account Manager for India's largest growing wedding planning platform..

Key Responsibilities

1. Building relationships with vendors to ensure that they adhere to ShaadiSaga's policy

2. Ensuring timely execution of vendor's grievances and creating a process for the same

3. Identifying gap on the supply side on a regular basis by keeping track of competitors

4. Creating a process and timely addressal of vendor-customer conflicts

5. Creating periodic reports for senior management to showcase key project performance metrics

6. Advising vendors to structure profiles as per their positioning and how to maximize their visibility on the portal

7. Establish great Vendor relationships to ensure Vendors re subscribing to Shaadisaga's Services/packages
