Job Requirements:

1. Graduate

2. Minimum 1 year Team handling experience

3. Experience in revenue generation role is a must

4. Preferably he/she should have worked in a profit head position

5. Candidate with sales experience from Education industry (worked as Centre Manager) / Insurance / Telecom / other Financial Solutions industry preferred

6. Team handling experience is a must

7. Should have ability to work on deadlines, targets and handle pressure situations

8. Familiarity with the internet & usage of computers

9. Verbal communication in English and one local language (local language depends on the location of the office)

10. High level of empathy

11. At least average writing skills

12. Service orientation & listening skills very critical

13. Handling irate customers

14. Problem solving and objection handling abilities

15. Desired 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include some customer facing job exposure

16.Should be able to speak and understand the local language
