- Are you an accomplished professional with a minimum of 5+ years of robust experience in BPO and Call Centre Services sales? Sevika Tech Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of AM/Manager/Sr. Manager - Business Development and contribute to our expanding company.

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete sales cycle, delivering tailored business solutions to clients, both new and existing.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, surpassing revenue targets.

- Utilize corporate tools for pipeline management, metrics, and forecasts to drive business intelligence.

- Build strong brand and corporate relations through active participation in business development efforts.

- Provide valuable customer intelligence to evaluate market and economic trends impacting sales strategy.

- Regularly report directly to the Head of Sales/Business Development.

- Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of prospects/customers.

- Track market changes and provide strategic insights to stay ahead in a competitive environment.

- Engage with industry CXOs to generate leads and successfully close deals.

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, for effective execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

- 2+ years of experience in BPO/Contact Centre solution sales, with a history of building and leading successful sales teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of Voice BPO industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
