- In depth understanding of the client requirement and clear translation of the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.
- Ensuring quality control of external resources manpower, event specific collaterals, event production, etc and internal resources.

- Successful account management of key accounts through target acheivement and effective reoursce allocation to projects.
