Settl - Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
We are hiring a customer service executive to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to undertake modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer service and queries.
2. Build a customer database and contact customers on the email & phone calls.
3. Demonstrate leadership skills by acquiring and managing customers.
4. Provide excellent customer service.
5. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time.
6. Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Desired candidate profile:
1. Any graduate.
2. Comfortable in using English and Hindi as means of communication to the customers.
3. Willingness to learn about our customer market.
4. Knowledge in MS Excel.
5. Should have excellent telephone and email etiquette.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
