Service Sales Specialist - Industrial Automation (6-10 yrs)

Job Description:

Tasks:

1. Create, plan and implement sales strategy, strategic sales and business development initiatives in co-ordination with service segment manager.

2. Achieve sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency.

3. Visit customer frequently.

4. Responsible for sales of upgrades, retrofits, expansions, spare parts and brownfield projects.

5. Identify opportunities at existing Installed base mainly and potential new customers for system upgrades and advance services.

6. Provide sales support to front end sales team.

7. Develop plans and strategies for adding customer value aligned to the existing portfolio and by adding new services to offer to the market

8. Technical andcommercial bid preparation.

9. Attend Technical and Commercial negotiations and order closing.

10. Gain understanding of market trends and needs such as advance services, new products and product updates required by the markets.

11. Take lead to understand customer issues and resolution in co-ordination with sales, engineering and project management team.

12. Track and follow up on customer satisfaction and customer complaints regularly.

- Strong knowledge of Automation system and Drives suitable for Steel Customers. Results orientated and having experience in delivering Targets and budgets.

- Good communication skills, open personality and good listener.

- Proactive, fast learning and result oriented team player.
