Service Sales Role (4-6 yrs)
Job description:
- Enquiry generation, order booking, invoicing and payment collection
- Sales of service products - Spares, AMC, O & M, Paid service
- Sales of retrofits including high side and low side
- Achieve the set sales target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Provide support to complaint resolution process.
Qualification:
- BE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with basic knowledge of HVAC
Knowledge/Skills:
- Sales / Marketing background
- Customer orientation
- Computer proficiency ( MS Office, any ERP software knowledge)
- Good communication skills
- Costing and commercial knowledge
- Coordination of inter departmental activities
Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any regional language could be an advantage
