Service Manager - Pre & Post Sales - Pumps (4-10 yrs)
We are currently retained by leading Consumer Durable Company to recruit Service Manager for Pumps for Mumbai location
Job Synopsis :
a) To improve Quality of Service (Pre & Post sales).
b) Facilitate & guide service team for enhanced Customer Satisfaction.
c) Generation of revenue from spares & services.
d) Providing immediate service support to the clients for resolving their issues
e) Mapping client's requirements
f) Maintaining relationships with decision-makers in target organizations to generate revenues through Spares selling & find new avenues.
g) Responsible to meet overall Customer Satisfaction Metrics
h) Improve customer reach by expanding Service network
