Work Experience : Min. 3 years- experience in sales operation, handling online and offline sales
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Online/ Offline sale orders billing.
- Stock returns handling, Creating GRN and accounting in Tally
- Review bank statements and check for any online payments and account/receipt in Tally.
- Handle cash collection and account in tally outlet wise.
- Update and generate outstanding reports (MF and SC) and share with the sales team.
- Track/Follow-up for online payments.
- Dispatch Retail/Online orders and update all online marketplace dashboard on regular basis as per policy.
- Update all confirmed orders in google sheet and track the delivery.
- To handle E Commerce Inquiries and respond in time.
- Plan/book for vehicle in advance for next day order delivery.
- Generate E-Waybill and ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of items to customer.
- Inventory check, plan for fresh inventory as per order requirement to fulfil all orders in time.
- MIS reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Samples issue and accounting in tally.
- Responsible to improve cost efficiency and reduce cost.
- Online payments reconciliation.
- To maintain all delivery acknowledgements of offline customers- orders in file.
- To Monitor Area Sales Executive/ data entry action plan on daily basis and share required info as and when needed.
- To handle operational issues and analyse data and share the inputs.
- To verify monthly courier bills on service availed to dispatch MF/SC orders.
