Sensibull - Customer Support Specialist (0-3 yrs)

We have tied up with the 4 biggest brokers in India, and many more in the top 10, making it one of the largest platforms in the trading space in India. We are profitable, and looking to expand to other geographies and markets. We are a product focussed, engineering-heavy, high-ownership team of 43 people.

Responsibilities :

- Complete client ownership - manage inbound customer queries on over chat and email

- Ensure customer is heard throughout escalation process in the event of escalations

- Conduct demos walkthroughs etc. for clients as well as brokers and partners

- Assist customers through occasional phone calls

- Handle payments and related operations

- Provide customer insights and bug reports to tech and product teams for feature improvement.

Requirements :

- Good understanding of options trading and passion for markets

- Proven Customer Support Experience

- Excellent written communication skills in English

- A keen willingness to learn new things

- Patience, maturity and genuine customer empathy

- Proactive attitude, initiative taker, finisher
