- Looking for Business Development profile for international market.

- Candidate shall have good communication skills.

- Shall have past experience working with international clients.

- Having knowledge of any international language would be an added advantage..

- Responsible for new client acquisition in International markets.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Accurate and timely reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.

- Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions.

- Ensure the achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Targets for the team.

- Coordination with designing & architecture department for quality delivery of designs to client under mentioned timelines.
 
- Willing to travel overseas and should have a valid passport.

- Responsible for delivering monthly sales revenue goals.

- Leading, motivating and assisting a team of sales executives to deliver individual sales goals.

- Mastering the market and product knowledge required to deliver our sales efforts.

- Align with company sales strategies and coordinate various sales efforts to achieve our business objectives by penetrating the market.

- Improving the teams sales skills through regular feedback, coaching and training activities.

- Lead by example closing sales, especially large prospects, on an ongoing basis.

- Carrying out team meetings and actively participating in the monthly and weekly meetings.

- Documenting reports on each team members performance versus targets as well as facilitating that they meet or exceed targets.
