The Role Working within a busy professional travel and tourism based call center, constantly motivating and ensuring customer service agents go beyond meeting their key deliverables.
Helping clients with travel planning, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information. Vacation packages including flight & hotels. Making itineraries for International travel

Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Other Important Traits: Should have Excellent Communication skills, must have GDS experience (Amadeus/ Worldspan). Must be from Travel industry with hardcore sales experience.
Employee Strength: 70 +
Shifts: 9 hours shift.
Weekly Offs: Company works all 7 days, so the week offs of employees will be rotational.
