Senior Trainer - Sales - BPO (2-4 yrs)
Workstreams You'd Will Own:
- Partner Onboarding : Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new partners, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products, services, and sales processes. Provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively represent our company.
- Partner M1 Training : Deliver targeted training sessions for partners to achieve their milestones, addressing specific areas for improvement and optimizing their sales performance.
- BDO Onboarding : Facilitate onboarding training for new Business Development Officers, equipping them with the required skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- BDO Ongoing Training : Conduct regular training sessions for existing Business Development Officers to enhance their skills, update them on new products and services, and reinforce best practices.
- Training Delivery : Deliver training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats, such as workshops, role-playing, simulations, and e-learning modules, to maximize learning outcomes.
- Training Compliance : Ensure all training initiatives align with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on training progress, participant performance, and training effectiveness to management.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Trainer, with a focus on sales training, soft skills, and presentation skills.
