Senior Team Leader - Field Sales - Insurance (3-9 yrs)
Job Title: Senior Team Leader
CTC up to 5.50 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Agent hiring and management: identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
- Monitor your team's performance and guide improvement when necessary.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
- Identify and engage potential new customers to expand our client base.
- Carrying out a sales plan by using market segmentation, expands the market's reach.
Candidate Desired profile :
bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Demonstrable track record of 3+ years in on-field sales functions (BFSI or insurance sales required). Age bracket: 25 to 45 years.
- Local native are Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
- Only Male candidates
