Job Description :
- Directs Management Team in all BP store operations
- Drives membership and sales growth in a BP store
- Increases quality of Member experience
- Drives the financial performance of the BP store
- Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for a BP store
- Provides direction and guidance to members of management and hourly Associates on proper Member service
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for members of management and hourly Associates in the BP store
- Upholds the Company's Open Door Policy and culture
- Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs, and encourages and supports Associates in
serving as good members of the community
Required :
- Candidate should have experience in Sales
- Candidate should have handled 60 to 80 crore business revenues
- Candidate should have Team Handling experience
- Candidate having exp in Operations would be an added advantage
Qualifications :
Any Graduate or MBA is eligible for this role
