- Our client is an online marketplace provider for food and grocery supplies, targeted at wholesale buyers. Backed by a leading VC in the region, they are building products, platforms and services using next generation e-commerce, supply chain and other cutting-edge technology interventions.

The Job :

As a Senior Catalog Specialist, you will be working with various stakeholders on discovery, quality & freshness of the content and researching to deliver the content which works for our customers. You will review all content (Catalog, Supply Chain, Tax, etc) before making the product live, resolve and address all content escalations with a detailed record of them.

You are also be responsible for:

- Publishing reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis around the key metrics w.r.t TAT, Quality, Escalations, etc

- Understanding product/business needs and reviewing processes & guidelines to ensure that uploaded information is qualitative & accurate.

- Creating guidelines/processes/workflow & work coherently with various teams to deliver.

- Training the stakeholders & new joiners on all the catalog processes & reviewing the progress of the same.

- Working with the catalog ops team to test SOPs & process sheets for the audit and data quality management tasks.

- Implementing innovative ideas while understanding the consumer problems that could increase the quality of content.

- Coordinating with stakeholders in all types of launches (Feature, Product Catalogs, etc) and liaising with Catalog Operations Team to get it delivered within the scheduled timelines.

- Working closely with product development team to discuss and build/modify tools for process improvement.

The Profile :

- You have a degree from a top-tier institute with at least 2 years of experience in Cataloging Processes & activities involved

- You are experienced in content creation and management, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities along with good auditing & reporting skills.

- You have experience in writing for multiple audiences and managing content life cycles including daily content publishing.

- You have proficiency in using content management systems.

- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills along with presentation and information organization skills.

- You are a strong team player who is able to work independently as well.

- You are able to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive work environment.

- You are a proactive & passionate learner who is able to work with people at varying organizational levels & able to grasp new technologies quickly
