Senior Social Media Consultant (3-9 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Help one of the world's largest social media advertisers derive more value and returns from their investments on the ad platforms.
- Account Strategists provide guidance/support to advertisers via regularly planned multiple touch point communications that include inbound/outbound calls & emails.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand the advertiser's business requirements and accordingly formulate a facebook marketing solution for achieving their business objectives - in the process leveraging various features of their Online Marketing platform
- Provide outbound consultations to advertisers and drive sales activities to achieve productivity and revenue targets
- Help customers better utilize their advertising budgets and derive maximum value from investments
- Build strong working relationships with customers and keep them informed of new product features
- Issue /escalation management & resolution
- Driving customer success
Qualification & Work Experience
- Graduate in any field
- Facebook Blueprint certification - Media Planning
- 3 - 5 years work experience in handling medium - large social media campaigns.
