- Finished call on time complete work in time, post warranty management, handling entire customer circle management
- Maintaining the Spares inventory at Branch & Franchisee level
- Monitoring the Franchisee to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction.

- Handling the Business as Manager in charge for Sales, installation, Service.
- Preparing daily, weekly Report, Monthly expenses report and sent to HO.
