Senior SEO/Digital Marketer - IT (5-9 yrs)

Position Description :
- Keyword research.
- Data mine web analytics to develop new keywords.
- Collaborate with SEM counterpart to identify leverage conversion data.
- Competitor site analysis.
- Collaborate with writers to develop keyword targeted content.
- Collaborate with webmaster to ensure SEO friendly site architecture.
- On-page SEO optimization (Title tag, description, H1, H2, keyword density, internal links, page size, XHTML compliance, W3C compliance).
- Google Adwords certification is a plus.
- On-page conversion optimization using Multi-variate and A-B testing.
- Off-page optimization, Link building (Select target URLs, link text).
- Link building through multiple channels and link purchasing through brokers and direct contacts (must be able to differentiate a quality site vs a spam site).
- Reporting on traffic, rankings, conversions and link building.
- ROI reporting.
- Content writing and proposing.
- All events, photos, portfolio and content updating on both websites.
- Local Marketing (South Florida) and Reputation Management.
- Updating newsletter.
Requirements :
- 5+ year experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Experience with SMO and PPC.
- Excellent Verbal / Written Communication skills.
- Copywriting experience (preferable).
- Expert at Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer.
- Very thorough knowledge of XHTML, DHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver.
- Expert at using Keyword research tool like : Word-tracker, Google keyword tool and Keyword discovery.
- Expert at analysis, optimization and submission tool like Web-position Gold.
- Knowledge on W3C and XHTML compliance.
- Attention to detail and Team player.
- Passion for the power of content and web analytics.
