Rapidly growing Marketing Technology Company with a Digital channel focus is looking for a seasoned Content and SEO Manager to help drive our lead generation, and qualification efforts. The focus of this role will be on SEO and organic traffic enhancement through industry leading white hat SEO techniques

Roles and Responsibilities :

Keyword Management :

- Research and manage the entire portfolio of our organic search keywords through proactive keyword research on various platforms

- Develop, design, manage and track keyword themes

- Track website content against focus keywords, keyword themes and track rankings using our measurement tool

Onsite SEO :

- Regularly audit and optimize our web pages according to SEO best practices ensuring presence of proper internal linking, meta descriptions and other elements required for effective onsite SO

Offsite SEO :

- Audit back links from previous SEO work and ensure that they are in line with white hat SEO best practices

- Identify new back linking opportunities from high PR sites

- Identify, manage and track competitor sites in our SEO tool

- Develop a top-down back linking strategy by analysing link profiles of our competition

Website Management :

- Ensure proper page setup and internal linking

- Ensure proper index ranking in major search engines

- Ensure presence of appropriate redirects

Measurement and Analysis :

- Constantly monitor key metrics include domain ranking, page ranking and other authority and engagement metrics

- Prepare consolidated marketing reports from across all digital channels that we engage in

SKILLS :

- Excellent educational background and solid English communication skills

- At least 2 yrs. experience in SEO and Content focused roles

- Excellent knowledge of working with Wordpress platform to create and manage content

- Good knowledge of white hat SEO principles, link building, forum marketing, content optimization and analytics. This will include knowledge of latest SEO trends including Google Panda, Penguin, AMP etc.

- Entrepreneurial nature with a strong desire to learn and excel
