Senior Sales Specialist - NGO (2-4 yrs)

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales professional to join our clients team based at HSR Layout Bangalore.

- The role will be responsible for driving the growth of our coding programs for K-12 students by reaching out to schools, NGOs, and corporates.

- Your primary goal will be to establish and nurture relationships, understand the unique needs of our B2B clients, and effectively sell our coding courses and programs to enhance the digital education experience for students globally.

Designation - Senior Sales Specialist

CTC - Upto 12 lakhs + Variable + employee stock options

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients within the education, NGO, Government and Corporate sectors.

- Recruit and work closely with partners across multiple geographies.

- Generate and manage a pipeline of B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other sales strategies.

- Reach out to decision-makers in schools, NGOs,Government and corporates to introduce coding programs and highlight the benefits.

- Tailor solutions by presenting coding courses as annual program, short term program, coding project, workshops, competition, olympiad, etc to meet the unique needs.

- Collaborate with clients to build customised pricing proposals based on their requirements while sticking to company's framework

- Negotiate and overcome objections successfully to close deals and achieve sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you must have :

-Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of coding programs to diverse stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel and represent in exhibitions, roadshows and offline programs

- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and client requirements.

- Willingness to share insights and best practices with colleagues.

This role is completely onsite. You have to work from the Bangalore office in HSR Layout
