Senior Sales Role - Industrial Product (4-6 yrs)

Position : Senior Sales Engineer

Qualification : Diploma/ B. Sc./ B. Com

Work Experience : 4-6 years in industrial product sales in Thane-Raigad area

CTC/Salary Bracket : - 4.00 LPA to - 4.50 LPA

Job Location : Thane (West) - 400602, Maharashtra

No of Vacancy : 1 No Full-Time

Working Hours : 9.30 am to 6 pm (Six Days)

Key word : Industrial sales, machinery sales, field sales executive, sales engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1) Understand the basic technical details of products, their workings, product range and features and options available

2) Call customers or leads received through Indiamart or Justdial and fix appointments.

3) Identify prospects through the MIDC directory and the existing customer bank.

4) Visit industrial pockets and MIDC in and around Mumbai-Thane region

5) Make visit plan for the week

6) Send introductory mailers

7) Submit quotes, follow up on offers, negotiate orders and collect payment

8) Coordinate booking of orders and follow up for timely delivery

9) Submit visit reports, projections, and inquiry status reports.

10) Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Diploma/ Science/ Commerce Graduate - Basic knowledge of scientific & mathematical terminology viz. units of measurement, basics of physics & chemistry, etc.

- Experience in handling sales to industrial customers for capital machinery, industrial consumables, application-oriented sales.

- Awareness of geographical territory and well versed with industrial pockets in & around Mumbai and Thane.

- Negotiation skills.

- Ability to communicate with clients in professional manner.

- Sales oriented attitude and ambition to achieve set goals.
