Senior Sales Officer/Area Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG/Food Processing (4-10 yrs)

- Planning for premium class General Trade business at Kolkata and other town in NORTH REGION

- Responsible for Annual Target (primary), Business Growth on Focus Brands, NPD .

- Expansion of stockiest network upto OLP pop group town in channels sales for entire NORTH.

- Responsible for handling sales officer and PSM for channel Distribution, ensuring distribution, Primary and secondary business target .

- Ensuring proper placement to target consumer, placing as a premium product category.

- Responsible for Entire CNF operation on primary dispatch, delivery order generation, invoice dispatch to Channels.

- Driving the Brand promotional/Brand Awareness activities, Training Sales team on Distribution Expansion, Consolidation, Category Management, Sales Planning.

- Developing Sustainable Infra and Distribution expansion.

- Preparing monthly planning of primary and secondary Target proper estimation of volume and value target;

- Effectively handling seasonal trend MOM and YTD growth with proper pipeline;

- Responsible for the Financial aspects of the distribution channel-ensuring timely remittance from the distributors and providing timely & proper financial support to the distributors from the Company's side as & where applicable.

- BTL planning, incentive planning quarterly, calculation for cost of operation, ensuring stockiest ROI ETC.
