Job Description
- Lead a team of Sales Agents & Encouraging them for revenue maximization
- Provide coaching, mentoring to the sales team
- Focus on monthly revenue targets to be achieved by the Team
- One-on-One coaching to low performers
- Nesting new hire"
Work Experience Required
- Should be well versed with Holiday Packages
- Minimum 4 years experience as Team lead in a sales travel environment
- Ability to coach, mentor and lead a sales team
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- A deadline oriented approach"
