Roles and Obligations:
- Identify and hire Financial Advisors (Agents) in the Open Market
- Offering team members training and assistance in upgrading their talents.
- Establishing and monitoring targets for the expansion of the team and the business.
- Identifying and expanding new markets, as well as increasing revenues.
- Enhancing the worth of existing clients while luring new ones.
- Making contact with prospective customers to build rapport and schedule meetings.
- Reach Monthly Sales Objectives for Alluring Incentives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC - up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
