Senior Sales Manager - IT Staffing (8-11 yrs)

Job Title: Sales Head- IT Staffing

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a Tier 2 IT service company, specializing in selling services to clients in the India,US and UK/Europe markets. As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the global IT industry and possess the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to CXOs and senior IT Digital leaders.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs and senior IT leaders, to generate new logos and business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market strategies and campaigns for targeted reach-out, collaborating with campaign managers to maximize outreach effectiveness.

- Customize sales pitches for introductory calls, working closely with the practice to develop compelling and tailored solutions for specific use cases.

- Lead the process of responding to RFI/RFPs and the renewal of scope of work (SoW) while ensuring the development of high-quality proposals and thought leadership materials.

- Focus on brand building, problem-solving, generating insights, strategic selling, and conflict resolution to maximize sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

- Represent the company in global conferences to enhance brand recognition and establish our presence in the market.

- Consistently exceed sales targets and leverage consultative selling skills to identify opportunities, overcome objections, build lasting relationships, and convert leads into successful sales.

- Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills, effectively conveying the benefits of our products and services to generate customer interest and drive business growth.

- Stay updated with industry trends, learn and master new product offerings, and effectively position them in the market to meet client needs.

- Prepare business reviews for senior management, showcasing achievements and contributing to overall market and technical strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Sales Professional, ideally in a Tier 2 IT service company with a focus on selling IT offshore services.

- Proven track record of successfully driving sales revenue and building a substantial customer base in the India,US and UK/Europe markets.

- Excellent understanding of the global IT industry and the ability to effectively articulate its value proposition to senior executives.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the capacity to establish and maintain fruitful connections with CXOs and senior IT Digital leaders.

- Proficiency in formulating go-to-market strategies, designing effective campaigns, and customizing sales pitches for specific use cases.

- Experience in managing RFI/RFP responses, proposal building, and commercial negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, strategic selling mindset, and a customer-focused approach to conflict resolution.

- Ability to represent the company in global conferences and actively participate in brand-building activities.

- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, adept at consultative selling and turning cold canvassing into successful sales.

- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and closing deals, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
