Job Description :
- Recruiting, Training providing coaching and counseling your financial advisor team to meet their financial goals
- Generate Leads of Potential Customers through your sales team and close the leads by selling insurance products
- Provide customer support through steady contact with new and existing customers
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Identify and monitor performance improvement areas and guidance to your sales team
- Build business improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Work Experience: 3+ Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
- Age: 24 to 38 Years
