We are seeking highly driven candidates with a background in sales who can collaborate with others and work outside the office.
Position : Senior Sales Manager
Location : Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Varanasi
CTC : Up to 4 to 6.5 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Find marketing and sales opportunities in the designated districts.
- Make sure district sales representatives follow the rules and regulations established by the business.
- Organize with other area sales representatives. Prepare them for a sales goal.
- Reward agents and encourage them to accomplish the goal.
- Reaching the projected sales targets.
- Coordinating lead generation with marketing.
Candidate Profile:
- 24to 40 years old.
- A degree in any field.
- 3+ years minimum in sales and marketing/ Insurance/ Banking/ BFSI
- Appealing personality and effective communication abilities.
- A challenge-ready person.
- The candidate has lived in their current place for over three years.
