Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
The purpose of this job is to recruit and manage a team of Life Insurance financial advisors.
Sales Manager has to identify, source, and recruit quality advisors (a freelancer who would be on commission) & support / train them to enable them to procure Insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Recruiting & managing the team of Sales Managers
- Responsible for the productivity of sales team
- Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team.
- Manage the relationship with the team, customers (internal & external)
- Support day to day operation of the sales
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and processes.
- Ensure that team is engaged around business objectives & results.
- Develop & implement initiatives to motivate & retain high performing talent. Adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
