Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
The purpose of this job is ensure achievement of business targets and enhancement of profitability of the assigned branch by providing effective leadership, planning resources, monitoring people performance & market changes & ensuring timely operations support to ensure smooth functioning.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting team
- Training and developing team
- Supervise the activity of team
- Conduct weekly performance review of Sales
- Promote & motivate team
- Cross selling different products
- Generation of leads through own contacts
Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Graduation
- Min 2 years field sales experience
Pay Roll: On Roll
CTC : Up to 4 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus
