Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Provide Training and Motivation for Agents
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Have to complete all tasks through that team
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Age should not be more than 38 years
- Two-wheelers are mandatory
- minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Candidate must have knowledge of the local market
- Graduation is mandatory
