Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling Products.
- Assigned and maintained sound relations with the clients and agents.
- Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them.
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Position of Team Leader.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 37 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
- Good Communication skills
