SENIOR SALES MANAGER / CLUSTER MANAGER OPENING:

The world's first cryptocurrency exchange that offers cashback reward on every trade.

We're looking for a seasoned/ Knowledgeable and accomplished/ Experienced" SENIOR SALES MANAGER / CLUSTER MANAGER" to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our trade execution platform. Candidate must have strong knowledge and a passion for the crypto world and a focus on revenue generation for the company. Candidate must have a previous experience in the finance industry (banking, hedge fund, etc).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

- Designing overall sales strategy in alignment with business goals & drive the execution with the help of an agile team.

- Always and continuously connecting with Clients to pitch and make cryptocurrencies a part of their portfolio.

- Being proactive in meetings with clients for sales closures.

- Develop a strong network of key accounts and partnerships by leading the early stages of client relations, from identifying potential prospects to initial outreach and preliminary sales discussions

- Utilize innovative marketing strategies and segmentation techniques to identify new opportunities for growth

- Continuously evaluate and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction

- Track and manage all potential client information

- Gain a deep understanding of the product, including its technical components and those offered by competitors

- Represent NavExM execution platform in a positive light and drive enthusiasm for the product

- Work closely with the developer teams to drive product strategy and ensure success for clients.

Mandatory Skills :

- at Least 05 Years of Relevant Experience in The Sector

- Candidate Must Be Excellent in Communication Skills and As Well as The Ability to Work Well with A Variety of People Across the Organization

- Has Proven Experience in Investment/wealth Management or Financial Services

- Must Have Demonstrated Ability to Create Sales/relationship Opportunities with Clients, Prospects, and Consultants

- Must Have Excellent Sales Skills and In-Depth Product and Broad Knowledge in Cryptocurrency

- Strong Organizational Skills and The Ability to Prioritize Tasks in A Fast-Paced Environment

- Proven Success in Leading and Driving Sales Efforts

- Strong Interest in Global Markets, and Trading, with Understanding of Cryptocurrencies Being an Advantage

- Good Knowledge of The Crypto Industry in General and Of the Crypto Hedge Funds in Particular

- Self-Driven and Entrepreneurial Mindset

- Passion and Eagerness to Learn

- Great Networking Skills and Ability to Build Relationships

- Comfort in Making Decisions Autonomously
