Senior Sales Manager - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

A Sales Manager is a professional who is responsible for the success of their company's sales department. They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop various sources of hiring and build a team

- Ensure product knowledge by different ways of training

- Field demonstration (FODs)

- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

 - Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans

- Ensure Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms

- Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers- pulse and product needs

- Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per company standard

Candidate Profile :

Qualification : Graduation in any stream

- 2 to 3 + Years of experience in Sales and Marketing

- Problem-solving attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

 - Teamwork and leadership skills

- Customer-oriented mindset
