Senior Sales Manager - Auto/Vehicle (3-5 yrs)

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Building the client portfolio

- Team handling of Sales Associate

- Identify and pitch new business opportunities and channels

- Taking appointments with the leads, meeting with them, and making effective presentations

- Ensuring there is growth and development of the business by ensuring excellent service experience.

- Grow and maintain the pipeline and actively close sales

- Promoting the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.

- Generating own leads and always on the lookout for opportunities leading to new prospective customers.

- Consistent follow-up with the customers and rapport-building

- Maintaining relationships with the customers towards the business generation

- Ensuring the service team provides core value-added and incremental after-sales products whilst upholding the full duty of care to our customer's vehicles at all times.

Profile :

Requirements :

- Experience in the automobile industry with outside sales experience

- Must have sound knowledge of the mechanical and electrical working of premium luxury car.

- Aggressive self-starter with a proven history of closing sales

- Comfortable & confident in interacting with HNI's which is the ideal target market

- Solid Interpersonal skills

- Good on the phone, excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly-motivated, competitive people

- Good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts mainly working of premium luxury car.

- Have experience within a sales environment

- Team Management skills

- Problem-Solving

- Graduate/MBA from any reputed university

- Ability to work effectively in a startup no no-frills work environment
