Join our dynamic start-up, Simplia, as a Senior Sales Manager. We are seeking a high-performing individual to plan and achieve Unicorn-level KPIs on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Requirements:
1. Candidate from Tier-1 University.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience managing sales operations at a North America-targeted digital agency.
Responsibilities:
1.Unicorn Level KPIs on CAC: Develop and execute strategies to achieve Unicorn-level KPIs on Customer Acquisition Cost.
2.Sales Operations Management: Manage sales operations at a digital agency targeting North America for at least 2 years.
3.Startup Environment: Flourish in a start-up, working online late and smart in real-time, mirroring the pace of an AI start-up in San Francisco.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
2. Proven track record in achieving Unicorn-level KPIs on CAC.
3. Only candidates with IIT/IIM background will be considered.
