5. Must have 3 year's experience of sales
6. Willingness to work on Field Cab attachment profile.
7. Must be comfortable with rotational shift.
8. Must know Kannada language.
9. People from similar(Cab Industry profile) will be preferred.
Job Descriptions:
- Ready to sell a product through direct selling in field and generate leads and convert into deployment
- Ability to convince and communicate with driver partners
- Flexible to take different roles and responsibilities
- Having hands on sales experience, outside cab industry knowledge
- Report generation, vendor contacts, showroom guys contact to get hot leads, etc
CTC : 3 LPA (80% fixed 20% variable)
