Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)

We're hiring Senior Sales Executive for our client.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Hyderabad

Preferred: 2 to 4

Work Mode: Work from Office

Other variables: Salary bonus Once a year ( Dussehra and Diwali).

Roles &Responsibilities :


- Contact the leads provided and help in converting them.

- Arrange Site Visits for the clients and give them a detailed brief about the project an assistance.

- Create Sales Script and Structure for the Team

- Setting/Tracking individual sales targets and Meeting planned sales goals

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and be able to generate their own leads.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

- Post-sale customer service for a few months depending on requirement.

Requirements :


-Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

- Experience in customer relationship management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Dedication to providing great customer service

Languages: English, Hindi and Telugu

- 50+ Sales Conversions either in Flats, Lands or Plots

- Willing to Travel as per the Clients requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
