Our Client are a Real Estate Marketing Consultant based in Kolkata.
The Job :
- Sell residential flats
- Follow up on leads provided by company
- Generate self leads
- Convince prospect for site visit/out visit
- Close the deal
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales, Property Marketing & Leasing or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within Residential Real Estate would be a strong advantage.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
