Senior Sales Executive - Raw Material - Paint & Coatings (4-6 yrs)
Hiring for MNC Specialty chemical distribution Co
About the role:
The job entails developing and implementing strategies for growth of the speciality chemical segment through the existing market leading principles products and solutions to achieve the division's targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the company's sales targets.
- Formulate marketing strategies & discuss with reporting head for implementing them.
- Keeping track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, identifying new products, competitive activity, customers etc.
- Meet and maintain relations with customers including key accounts and enhance existing relationships
- Must consistently work for development of sales strategies and act resourcefully, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Skills & Experience :
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of techno commercial experience with product knowledge across the Speciality Chemicals - Paint & Coatings market preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.
- A degree qualification in an industry related subject will be an added advantage.
- You will be a strategic thinker and be able to execute in the field to support colleagues & seniors
- Commercially savvy, possesses good presentation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with both principles and customers.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willing to travel extensively & Above all a clear demonstrable track record of success.
Education : UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Paint/Oil, Any Specialization, Chemical
