Recruiting, screening, and training new agents. Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans. Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients. Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.

Job Description :

- Manager-Agency will be responsible for handling an team of financial sales consultants

- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the team

- Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP in order to contribute in overall growth of the company.

- Recruit, develop and train team members & ensure relevant people in the right place at right time in order to maximize the productivity.

- Hand hold and guide the on the sales process, lead conversion and closure of sale.

- Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential.

- Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned top line and health parameters.

- Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must be a Graduate

- should have 2-6 years of experience In field sales

- Have a good tracker record

- CTC: Max Up to 4.50 Lakh/ Annum+ Incentives
