Reporting to: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD

Job Summary:

- Handle enquiries received from different sources

- Schedule meeting and action plan as per the decided target

- Identify different sources for inquiries generation and generate leads. i.e Architects, Builders, Trust, Schools, Hospitals, Hotels or other services

- B2B Sales in all modular products. Follow up with customers as well consulting Architects and designers

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets

- Searching of prospecting customers and take appointments for the meeting

- Convert inquiries into leads and close the deal to fulfil targets

- Get online inquiries, mail inquiries and phone inquiries and follow up for the same to close the deals

- Prioritized the inquiries and schedule the meetings

- Keep following leads as per requirement to get the orders

- Prepare Performa invoice as per rates and customer demand and send the same to client

- Arrange meetings in order to meet deadlines

- Visit site to get the idea about client requirement and prepare site requirement detail

- Prepare daily sales reports for new inquiries and follow up status as per company policy and reporting to business development head

- Get work completion certificate from site owner with filling appropriate detail and inform sales (business development) head after submitting the same to accounts department

- Providing quotations (PI), Catalogues, Samples for the selection and take approval of clients

- Attend meetings of finalized/ongoing projects as per schedules and update changes or selections with concerned team @ UMPL.(Minutes of meetings- updates with clients, architects and UMPL team)

- Negotiations, Follow up for the Orders as per the specified Products

- Providing the Performa. Getting PO, advance, coordinating with seniors for time bond delivery

- Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects.

- Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.

- Prepare documents with detail terms and conditions to avoid future consequences

- Avoid oral confirmation from client and take final approval on mail or confirm the final discussion by taking signature on designs along with finalized material and colour detail and deliver the same to design head

- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance

- Conduct meeting with design head and purchase head immediately after receiving final order from the client

- Take follow up regularly for payment for ongoing sites and collect remaining payment as per specified terms and conditions

NOTE:

Expected Candidate (Skills): Excellent communication skills, the skills to work both independently and as part of a team, a positive, confident and determined approach, resilience and the ability to cope with rejection

Qualification Required: B.COM/B.E./MBA

Work Experience : 3 TO 5 YEARS Preferable experience with Architects, Tender, PMC agencies

Also preferred Working experience with companies like Godrej, Wipro, Feather lite

English Required - Average

Working Days: MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Salary (Annualy): 240000-300000

Procedure of Interview: SCREENING OF RESUME, CONDUCT FIRST INTERVIEW AND THEN FINAL ROUND IF FOUND SUITABLE
