Senior Sales Executive - Coworking Space (2-5 yrs)

Our client is a rapidly growing provider of inspiring co working space for teams of all sizes. They work with large companies to established start-ups to small businesses, creative entrepreneurs and freelancers.

To fuel the growth in this space we are hiring Sr. Sales Executives; If you are/have;

1. MBA with 2-5 years- experience in industries like Real Estate, retailers/etailers, ecommerce payment systems and digital wallet companies et cetera - business development and sales

2. Result Oriented - An extrovert, confident, self-motivated, independent, like empowerment & owning responsibilities.

3. Excellent presentation, influencing & communication skills - can help team, partners & vendors envisage the possibilities and nurture these relationships towards business objectives.

4. Collaborative and high on EQ.

5. Solution oriented - can think on the feet (be innovative with practical creativity)

6. Knowledge of the local market and ability to penetrate in newer markets.

7. Job Location - If you live or have in depth understanding of one of the following markets - Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa & Amravati

Your job responsibilities entail;

1. Generate leads, scout for prospective companies and customers to ensure that occupancy levels are maintained for the centers assigned to you.

a. 50% Lead generation, prospecting and tie ups (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.).

b. 25% Existing sales pipeline management.

c. 25% Inbound lead management.

2. Collaboration with Aggregators

3. 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle

a. New business research.

b. Preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and online product demonstrations.

c. Build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up using Web-based CRM. Maintain daily sales and productivity records.

d. Develop market intelligence - collect in-depth prospect information.

e. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.

f. Pitch and prospect presentations and proposals.

g. Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.
