Senior Sales Executive - Construction (2-7 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for Senior Sales /Sales Executive with an leading well know Construction company in Pune
Ex - 2 to 8 yrs
Location - Pune
- Any graduate
- Attending Walk-in enquiries at Site.
- Analyzing need of Walk in client and try to convert maximum walk-ins into sale, achieving predetermined targets.
- Planning sales strategy to get more revenue as per the stage of construction.
- Convincing our product and try to sale as per our priority.
- If required doing negotiation and converting in to sales.
- Updating of Sale entry in to Sales Module with the details of Clients.
- Inviting channel partners to promote our project.
- Also suggesting our other projects to prospective buyers according to their requirement.
- Daily Updating of Marketing Module of walk-in enquires & follow-up of overall database.
- Market Survey & analysis of data to know market share of competitors and to decide market strategy, promotional strategy & pricing strategy.
- Coordination with other project of ours to do Cross sales.
- Documentation records of Site into the system.
